Accessing Falkor means you are entering into a legal agreement with us on the terms set out here. If these conditions do not suit your expectations, the appropriate action is to discontinue access to the Service. Your use confirms that you understand these Terms and intend to be legally bound by them.

2. Service Description

Falkor is a community platform focused on style inspiration, browsing, AI-generated reference imagery, sharing looks, and guided image-and-text creation. The Service is offered for general creative and community purposes, and its features may evolve, expand, or be withdrawn over time.

We do not promise that any particular feature will remain available permanently, nor that every function will work in exactly the same way from one release to the next.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using Falkor, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and kept current.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your login details secure. Legal compliance is mandatory, and you must not use the platform to:

• engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct;
• harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person;
• upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service;

Falkor, including its design, text, software, branding, and associated materials, belongs to the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant users a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access and enjoy the Service for personal use only.

Except where law clearly allows otherwise, copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, extracting source code, or creating derivative works from the Service is not permitted.
